WUJOD develops in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Current projects are Serra Residence in Liwan, Dubai; WUJOD 98 at Al Reeman, Zayed City, Abu Dhabi; and MMC 54 in Dubai Healthcare City.
Yes. WUJOD 98 is offered on a 40/60 payment plan with 20% on booking, four instalments of 5% every six months, and 60% on completion. MMC 54 is offered on 20% on booking, 10% during construction and 70% on handover. Speak to our team for details on each project.
